Workstations and Kiosks

MOD-1619 Lightbox Kiosk with Shelves -- Image 2Workstations and Kiosks have become indispensable to most trade show displays. It's hard to imagine a booth without a monitor, laptop, or tablet computer anymore. You'll find nearly 100 choices in the Workstation and Kiosk gallery at a range of prices and features, many with locking storage. Most are modular, meaning they disassemble for shipping, but there are quite a few custom workstations which ship fully assembled. Don't see exactly what you want? No problem. We specialize in designing and building workstations and kiosks that meet any need.

When choosing the right workstation or kiosk for your display, consider how you will use it on the show floor. Do you need locking storage? Will the workstation or kiosk hold a lead retrieval machine, monitor, or other electrical device? If so, you will need wire management. That may be as simple as ordering a grommet for the counter or arranging for cord covers. If you are planning to use a tablet computer, consider the tablet insert option for the counter top. This option is practical, attractive, and secure for many tablets, such as an iPad.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. There are Banner Stands and 3D Banner Stands. What's the difference?

Banner Stands are two-dimensional portable signs that retract into a canister or disassemble into a small package.

3D Banner Stands tend to be larger than banner stands, may rotate or swivel, may be backlit, or may have curves.

Choosing between a banner stand and a 3D banner stand depends on your budget and your graphic requirements.

  2. Why are 3D Banner Stands more expensive than Banner Stands?

Good question. The answer is volume, size, and complexity. Banner Stands are everywhere: trade shows, events, retail displays, lobbies, even sporting events. For every 1000 banner stands sold, there may be one 3D Banner Stand sold.

3D Banner Stands are more specialized. They appeal to customers looking for signage that rotates, glows, or has a unique shape or footprint. In general, 3D Banner Stands tend to have larger graphics and are more durable.

That's the beauty of a 3D Banner Stand.

  3. What if I do not see anything that meets my exact needs?

Give us a call or send us an email. We’d be delighted to design and built a 3D Banner Stand that fits your marketing requirements.

  • Dimensional Weight vs. Actual Weight: Dimensional weight is defined as crate or case size. On most air shipments, the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight
